Terry Ohlmann, Owner
Terry Ohlmann is the man in charge here at Action Air Plumbing & Septic!
Terry’s long history providing quality plumbing and HVAC services began way back in December of 1974 when he started out as an apprentice plumber in Canada.
He grew up on a farm in Alberta Canada before moving to Oklahoma in the early 1980s to attend Rhema Bible College. He later moved to Lubbock and in 1985 started Action Plumbing, expanding in 2000 to Midland with what we know today as, Action Air Plumbing & Septic.
Gloria is his wife of nearly 50 years! They have 3 kids and 7 grandkids. Their son now owns the Action Air Plumbing & Septic location in Lubbock.
Terry likes to keep himself very busy with activities and serving his community. He started Church in the Wind, in 2000, where he is the pastor. He loves to fish, ride motorcycles, and is a practical pistol shooter. He also loves to travel, and has visited Greece, Albania and Crete to teach in Bible schools. Terry is also a huge Texas Tech college football fan.
Valerie Martinez
Valerie Martinez is Action Air Plumbing & Septic’s Director of Operations. She is an incredibly valuable team member has been with the company since 2012!
Valerie is originally from Odessa, Texas. She attended Odessa High School then went on to the University of Texas at the Permian Basin. She earned her BBA in Marketing right before joining Action Air. Her and her husband Robert have 2 young children, Patrick and Laila.
Kimberly Hernandez
Kimberly Hernandez is Action Air Plumbing & Septic’s dependable Administrative Assistant! She has been the friendly face (and voice) answering your calls since 2023.
She’s an Austin native who graduated from Jack C. Hays High School in 2018. She lives here with her husband Isaac and their baby who was born in late 2023. Kimberly enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Albert Quinonez
Did your AC break down? Is your furnace barely keeping you warm in the winter? You can trust Albert to fix you up! As our lead HVAC technician, Albert has seen (and handled) it all. With more than a dozen years of experience in heating and cooling, Albert provides his expertise for repairs and installations for our Midland/Odessa area customers.
Hailing originally from Guam, Albert went to school in Somerset, Texas. He now lives here with his wife Allison and his four children… but depending on when you’re reading this it may be 5!
His growing family keeps him busy. Albert spends a lot of time coaching his children in youth sports. He enjoys a lot of great outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and golfing. He’s a big sports fan, especially when the Cowboys or the Rangers are playing.
Charlie Wallace
Charlie Wallace is your go-to guy as Action Air Plumbing & Septic’s Top Apprentice. While starting with the company back in 2021, he came with an impressive 40 years of experience! He’s got experience in all parts of the trade industry.
Charlie was born in Junction, TX and then attended school in Three Rivers.
He’s definitely handy, even when he’s not at work. Some of the hobbies Charlie enjoys includes gardening, wood-working, and small engine repair. But whenever he can get away, Charlie never misses his chance to go traveling.
Daniel Salyers
Daniel Salyers is a Tradesman Plumber and our Lead Septic Installer. He’s been a member of the Action Air Plumbing & Septic family since 2018, joining us with an astounding 25 years of experience!
Daniel is originally from Abilene. He joined the Army and then went on to receive his certification as a Tradesman Plumber and has his On-Site Sewage Facility System (OSSF) Installer Class I License.
When he’s not busy handling plumbing and septic issues for customers all across central Texas, you’ll likely find Daniel with Lucy and Chapo, his 2 pit bulls.
Dillon Walters
Dillon Walters is a Pump Truck Driver with Action Air Plumbing & Septic. As one of our newest members of the Action Air Plumbing & Septic team, Dillon brings his great personality and hard work ethic to each day’s work.
Dillon comes to us from Odessa, Texas where he attended Permian High School. Go Panthers!
His list of hobbies and interests are dizzying. From investing, stand-up comedy, gaming, Nascar, Dr Pepper to his cool shoe collection, you’ll always find something interesting to talk about with Dillon. Just ask him how long we can hold his breath under water!
Sam Endsley
Sam Endsley is our Lead Master Plumber. Having Joined Action Air Plumbing & Septic back in 2015, he joined us with already having decades of experience!
He was born in Texarkana and went on to attend school in nearby Atlanta, Texas. Sam and his wife Rebecca have two fur babies, Freckles and Homeboy.
Not only does he have a wealth of experience, Sam is highly educated. Sam is a Master Plumber, he has his On-Site Sewage Facility System (OSSF) Installer Class I License, and has completed BPAT Back Flow Testing training.
Sam has quite an eclectic array of interests. From bread-baking and fermentation to hydroponics, BBQing, and smoking meats, you can expect to be well-fed at his house! And that’s not even mentioning his hobby of brewing mead and cider.
Nathan McAnear
Nathan McAnear is an apprentice here at Action Air Plumbing & Septic. With 3 years of experience in the industry, Nathan is a valued new member with our team.
Nathan is a proud father of a toddler. His young girl keeps him plenty busy along with all the work he is doing serving Action Air’s customers.
